How to use OrthoFluor?

Rinse your mouth twice a day for 1 minute with 10 ml of the liquid, preferably in the morning and evening after brushing your teeth.
Then spit out the liquid, do not rinse your mouth with water for at least 30 minutes.

For use by people over 6 years old.
